Christmas is set to come a little early in 2022 as the Backstreet Boys, one of the best-selling bands of all time, will release their highly anticipated Christmas album, "A Very Backstreet Christmas" (BMG), in October 2022.

"We've wanted to do a Christmas album for almost 30 years, and we're overjoyed that it's finally happening," says Howie Dorough. "It's been so much fun to give some of our favorite Christmas classics our BSB twist, and we can't wait to be a part of our fans' Christmas season."

"A Very Backstreet Christmas" is the Backstreet Boys' first Christmas album and features timeless Christmas classics like "White Christmas," "Silent Night" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," as well as three all-new holiday songs "Christmas In New York," "Together" and "Happy Days."

News of the Christmas album comes in the summer of 2022 at a time when the Backstreet Boys are currently on the North American leg of their DNA World Tour. The tour kicked off in April with four shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and last month they performed to a sold-out crowd at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The band put on rousing performances and played an energetic set featuring more than 30 of their biggest hits and best dance moves, giving fans a once-in-a-lifetime live experience.
