If yes follow this.
The main Idea is to change ip using dialer.
I use sp dialer and USDownloader to change my ip after every download.

Install SPDialer.
After you install it will show like this:

Then in next tab put yourid@airtel or whatever you have like below:
If it is automatically present reenter password.
Make sure both are correct.

In general settings:

In programs add those two files and select approriate:
Test is a dummy document.
Create one document on the desk top or any where But rename to Test.
Use + icon to add it.

New Text Document.bat.

Change only the drive to where you have installed SPDialer if its different see the picture.
Right click and select edit to change it.

Put it in SPdialer using + icon.
Put settings as per the picture below:

Now disconnect internet and start spdialer see if it works.
If it does not work check id and password.
Now Download USDownloader and extract it.

You have to use this Batch file to put in USDownloader.

Click on plus icon and put that New Text1 Document file in task properties.

Then paste links in in main window and enjoy downlaod without being at the system.
