Bug Fix
- Fixed the infamous CCtask.exe error : "the application was unable to start correctly [0xc0000142]"
- Fix memory leak in creation of 3MX with optimal LOD generation (LOD accross tiles).

ContextCapture Viewer is a visualization software that navigates 3D models generated by the Bentley Systems ContextCapture solution.
