OKR provides a proven framework to operationalize strategy. This can be adopted by both startups and mature organizations.OKR has been used by leading companies like Google and Larry Page, the co-founder of Google credits OKR for some of the successes in Google. One of the biggest challenges in OKR is that OKR is often confused with performance measures like key performance indicators and other goal management framework like balanced scorecard.
