Description

I'm a passionate Sports, Exercise, and Performance Psychology professional who loves sharing some of the knowledge I've learned over the years with you. You will get an overview of some tools and techniques used in this industry and be able to take away and apply some of these. I've worked with athletes and coaches in a range of sports such as GAA, Rugby, Boccia, Swimming, Lacrosse, Tennis, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, and many more. As well as this I've supported professionals in Education such as Teachers and students in workshops and in one-on-one sessions dealing with performance issues. Many of those who I talk to are also involved in the performance arena such as musicians, artists, and actors so these skills are transferrable across a range of industries. Most importantly sit back and enjoy the course and ask questions if you aren’t sure. Take time to use the reflective practice technique to see how you are progressing in the process. This course is an overview of the most popular and researched areas in Sport Psychology. If there is more you wish to learn in the area please feel free to reach out for private  one-on-one sessions or I can facilitate workshops for larger groups.
