68 United States National Parks You Must See!
Did you know that the national park system spans over 85 MILLION acres of land across the United States? But not every state houses a national park! Actually, more than half of the states do not have any national parks at all.
My wife Jenny and I are native of Birmingham, Alabama, one of the unlucky States that do not have a national park. We are full-time RVers. We both took early retirement to follow our dream of being on the road and enjoying our great vast country. The learning curve was steep at first, but we got through it swiftly, and from then on, it has been smooth sailing. We even figured out how to make a little money as we travel.
In the last seven years, we were able to visit 56 parks and planning on visiting the rest in the next two years. As we visited each of the parks, we needed some information that would help us figure out how, when and where to stay while visiting the parks and what to see and do, not to mention if the park would be friendly to our Boston Terrier. Every time we looked, we noticed that not all of the required information was not in one place; instead, we had to go to different sites and guides to find them.
It was frustrating, to say the least. Since Jenny and I have been gathering and documenting information about each of the parks we visit, we thought, why not publish them in a book, so fellow RVers and park lovers can have easy access to all of that information under one roof, so to speak.
In this book, 68 United States National Parks You Must See! Bucket List Worthy National Parks across the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Island Territories. We will outline for you the very best of the best that the national park system has to offer.
