Ainsi Soit Je… (a play on ainsi soit-il, which can mean either "so be it" or "amen") is the second album by Mylène Farmer, released in April 1988. It contains the hit singles "Sans contrefaçon", "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces" and "Sans logique". Generally well-received by critics, it was very successful and remains to date the second best-selling album of the singer. In France, the album debuted at number 8 in April 1988. Thanks to the successful single "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces" (number-one hit in December 1988), the album reached number one for two weeks in December 1988. The album managed to stay for eleven months in the top ten and about one year on the chart. The album was certified Diamond on 14 November 1989.

Bleu noir is the eighth studio album by French Star singer Mylène Farmer, released 6 December 2010. Farmer's label set up a web site to promote the album on 3 November 2010. For some of her fans this album is a return to her roots. It has drawn favorable comparisons to Innamoramento and also the albums prior to Anamorphosée. This album seems to depict the artist as a woman at her prime, confident in her achievements and able to express herself without sacrificing her integrity. Farmer has written the lyrics and Moby, Archive and RedOne have composed the music for the album. Bleu noir is Farmer's first studio album since 1991's L' Autre to outperform its predecessor in terms of national sales.

Polydor Universal Music (Mylène's former record company) is offering a Collection - Intégrale 1986-1996 box set on October 28, 2022. This set contains 16 CDs, 211 tracks and a 48-page booklet. This is a support that follows the album Plus Grandir Best-Of 1986/1996 released on August 20, 2021.

Anamorphosée is the fourth studio album by Mylène Farmer, released on 17 October 1995. Led by the number-one single "XXL", the album was something of a departure from her previous work. Although it received mixed reviews from critics, the album was very successful, peaking at no.1 and staying on the French album chart for almost two years.

After the successful concerts tour of 1996, whose shows were spread out from 25 May to 15 December, a live album was recorded and produced by Thierry Suc, and sponsored by NRJ. It was remixed in studio to give it a better sound. The re-orchestrations, composed by Laurent Boutonnat, were very dynamic with very rock sonorities. The photos illustrating the booklet were realized by Claude Gassian.

Mylène Farmer's fifth live album to date, No.5 on Tour, documents her 2009 tour of France in support of her most recent studio album, Point de Suture (2008). The standard edition of album includes 20 songs spread across two discs, including a bunch of her greatest hits performed in the electro-rock style of Point de Suture. The first hits package from iconic singer/songwriter Mylene Farmer, 2001 release Mots, showcases her musical evolution from French pop chanteuse to feisty rock chick to futuristic dance diva. A celebration of her 17-year career, the two-CD collection includes 27 of her most popular singles and B-sides compiled in chronological order, from her 1989 debut "Maman a Tort" to 2001's "L'Histoire D'Une Fee, C'est…" alongside three new compositions, "C'est Une Belle Journee," "Pardonne-Moi," and the title track collaboration with Seal.

Produced and remixed by MHC in London, "Slipping Away (Crier la vie)" is a dance version of "Slipping Away" adds French lyrics. The song was very regularly aired by all French radio stations, including Fun Radio which aired it several times every day. As the song was very successful, new remixes were made and a second CD maxi was released on November 15.

It is the third best-of by Mylène Farmer, after les mots (published in 2001) and 2001-2011 (published in 2011). As with these two records, Histoires de is dressed in a particularly sophisticated visual, due to Jean-Baptiste Mondino, who had already signed the cover of disobedience in 2018. The assured posture of Mylène Farmer gives way here to a mysterious figure, a dark silhouette where only her look and her Albator haircut appear in the open. This compilation is divided into three separate parts, which respect a certain chronology.
