Peter Garrett has spent a lifetime exploring the beaten and unbeaten tracks that run through this country and its people. In March 2024 he will release a new solo album called The True North. It’s a deeply personal reflection on his singular journey, drawing inspiration and sustenance from the living colours of Australia’s natural environment and the sights and sounds of modern Oz.

Collection includes all studio albums by Australian alternative rock band from Sydney. In 2010, their album Diesel and Dust ranked no. 1 in the book The 100 Best Australian Albums.

5CD compilation entitled: 'Songs From The 100 Best Australian Albums'. It is a companion to a new book written by John O'Donnell, Toby Creswell & Craig Mathieson. As the name suggests, the book counts down the 100 Best Aussie albums of the pop era with detailed exploration of why the albums were chosen. The compilation is a 5CD pack and will include many tracks which rarely clear for compilations including not one, but two Midnight Oil tracks. RESIST will be Midnight Oil’s 15th studio release since they first exploded out of the post-punk scene back in 1978, blazing a singular trail of blistering gigs from Australia’s pubs and clubs to arenas and festivals around the world.

Featuring 101 tracks that are either synonymous with sports or are uplifting tracks that will have you achieving your PB on or off the field. Tracks include classics such as Little River Band "Playing To Win", Rose Tattoo "We Can't Be Beaten", Pat Benatar "All Fired Up", Survivor "Eye Of The Tiger" through to recent tracks Coldplay "Viva La Vida", Elvis Presley vs JXL "A Little Less Conversation", Jamiroquai "Canned Heat" and Jet "Rip It Up". After nearly 20 years since their last longform release, Midnight Oli return with a seven song mini album. The Makarrata Project is a mini album on which all of the songs share a strong focus on indigenous reconciliation, and each features collaborations with the band’s First Nations friends. The first single Gadigal Land features special contributions by vocalists Kaleena Briggs, Bunna Lawrie and Dan Sultan. The album seeks to raise awareness of the Uluru Statement.

In February 2017 Midnight Oil take to Sydney Harbour and announce The Great Circle World Tour. The Circle will begin where the band started out - in Sydney's pubs - then circumnavigate the globe. It will be their first tour in over 15 years. Over the next 6 months Midnight Oil played in 16 countries across 5 continents - speaking out for a healthy planet and social justice along the way…
