'Lost Today' is a collection of introspective haunting songs and embodies the compelling moods and emotions of the members of the band. Overall, the music is a translation of contradictions in life. Disorientations muses about the intense attraction and repulsion of loving people around us and the appearance of rough emptiness when you lose something fragile.

Cold wave duo The KVB are back with news of their new album ‘Tremors’ which is being released on 5 April via Invada Records (Gazelle Twin, Beak, Billy Nomates). This news comes after a brand new single and video lifted from the record, ‘Labyrinths’, on which The KVB return to the darker sound that embodied their earliest releases whilst retaining the infectious pop of their last album ‘Unity’ which MOJO described as having a “sense of wonderment throughout”.

Majesty Crush was filed and misfiled in one category or another throughout their brief but extraordinary career. ‘Growing Eyes Becoming String’ is the sixteenth studio album from British noise-rock pioneers The Telescopes. Originally recorded over two sessions back in 2013 – one over a harsh Berlin winter in the Brian Jonestown Massacre studio with Fabien Leseure, and a second back in Leeds with early Telescopes producer Richard Formby – it’s a lost treasure that nearly never was. Succumbing to a hard-drive crash nearly a decade ago, the sessions were presumed lost and soon forgotten, until now. Miraculously rescued from the digital ether and finished by founding member Stephen Lawrie in his own studio over the pandemic, the album is now finally set for release in February 2024 via Fuzz Club and reveals another side to where The Telescopes were at in 2013.

Irish alt / rock collective NewDad release their debut album, MADRA on Fair Youth / Atlantic. Awash with spiralling guitars and a hypnotic bassline, singer/guitarist Julie Dawson finds inspiration in TV show Euphoria, as she ruminates on the destructive relationship of characters, Rue and Jules: a storyline that she herself gravitated towards.

HOLY SHIP is Stockholm based Jonatan Westh, formerly of late 00's shoegazers BLACKSTRAP (SWE).
After BLACKSTRAP disintegrated by 2013 developing into various sonic particles (I BREAK HORSES, THE HEART OF THE SUN) Westh regrouped with building his own studio, Pink House Studios in Stockholm. Expanding from his shoegaze roots with inspiration from the synths of TrenteMöller, John Maus, and Clark.

Though Toronto rockers Hot Garbage’s signature tinge of moody, heavy psychedelia remains present on Precious Dream, their forthcoming sophomore album careens at high speeds into a darker world of searing post-punk riffs, grappling with themes of dread, loss, the resilience of the human spirit and the highs and lows of solitude. From the onset, elegant yet brutalist sonic architectures provide the scenery for an escape route, while cryptic poetic spurts act as surreal signage.

After a decade-long hiatus, Bristol-based shoegaze ensemble, The Fauns, have reemerged from their secret bunker with eagerly anticipated third album, How Lost via Invada. The Fauns’ journey began in 2007, self-releasing their eponymous debut album in 2009, followed by the 2013 release of Lights.

For two albums Parisian quartet Hoorsees received heaps of praise for their 90’s inspired sardonic, guitar pop steeped in equal parts melancholy and nostalgia. Returning with their third LP, Big, released today, Hoorsees channels less Pavement or Weezer and instead, embrace their French roots. Evolving a synth pop sensibility, they don’t manage to completely shake their adoration of American sounds though, complementing warm walls of electronic pads with angular riffs that pay tribute to The Strokes. Big is not just a stylistic shift for the band, but also a shift in responsibilities. For the first time, Alex Delamard (voice/guitar) shares lead vocal duties with Zoe Gilbert (vocals/bass), with both continuing to be backed by Thomas Gachod (guitar/keyboard) and Nicolas Coste (drums).

loveless is widely considered a flawless whole and rightly regarded as a masterpiece; a 1990s equivalent to Pet Sounds, In A Silent Way or Innervisions, a record constructed by exploring the edges of what a recording studio is capable of. It is a record best experienced as a whole, in one sitting - a listening experience like no other and unmatchable in its sonic brevity.

Heart Under, Just Mustard's second album, asks you to forget what you know. At every turn, this remarkable record reconfigures and stretches the ideas and ambition of a rock band, and turns a year of lockdown and personal struggles into a breathtaking artistic statement. The music the five friends from Dundalk, Ireland make is strikingly untraditional. Though to look at them, it appears that the band are a five-piece with uniform make-up of a vocalist, two guitarists, a bassist and a drummer, not a single one of them utilizes their instrument in a confined or regular fashion.

Will Anderson believes in true love—as both concept and catalyst, aspiration and inspiration. During his 34 years, the Hotline TNT founder and architect has found such love perhaps half-a-dozen times. Each instance has prompted some enormous swing of commitment, like a cross-country move or simply being honest about his budding attraction. It is a hopeful and vulnerable way to exist, a way to ensure maximum bruising during the fall of the breakup. And so far for Anderson, that is how it has always ended, whether the air has slowly seeped out of some once-full balloon or whether it has simply popped, those expanded feelings expelled in an instant.

The Kundalini Genie are a psychedelic rock'n'roll band from Glasgow, Scotland. With influences ranging from 90's shoegaze, dream pop and britpop, to 60's psychedelia and rock'n'roll, The Kundalini Genie blend styles in a way many other bands don't (or can't). From Beach Boys-esque harmonic vocal symphonies on top of layers of dreamy fuzz guitar and synth, to wall-of-soundscapes with 60's inspired song structure - The Kundalini Genie reimagine retro, and take it into the future.

Carlos Ferreira is an experimental Brazilian guitarist and composer whose work explores the relationship between sound, space, time, and memory. 'Isolationism' utilizes reverb-drenched guitar tones, piano, clarinet, pipe organ, and atmospheric field recordings to study frequency, resonance, and sound vibration. The results harmonize cinematic aplomb with levity, grief with hope, and an unbearable gravity with the lightness of existing in a moment.
