In the last five years, the band Outro Gato Gypsy Jazz has dedicated itself to unite the repertoire of gypsy jazz (or gypsy jazz, a style enshrined by Django Reinhardt in the 1930s) to Brazilian music. Formed by Matheus Félix (Violin), Marcelo Luiz Barbosa (Acoustic Bass), Mauro Dell'Isola (Guitar and Acoustic Guitar) and João Gabriel (Voice and Guitar), the quartet now releases on Thursday (11), his first album, "Cantando a Pedra", the first phonographic record of authorial gypsy jazz style in Minas Gerais.
