Alborosie's classic roots reggae album, "Soul Pirate" (which has over 223 million Spotify album plays) gets a dub version makeover. Featuring the classic tracks, "Kingston Town" and "Herbalist"- the "Soul Pirate" album was the result of Alborosie's six years at Geejam studios in Jamaica and was in partnership with local artists. Now, this classic album has a new dub remix produced by Alborosie.

Realised in parallel with Ras Teo aka Jah Menelik's Ion Man album on Forward Bound, this is a dub version of the exact same tunes. The eight tracks all tap into deep roots and find the artist working with drum and percussive maestro David "Jah David" Goldfine as well as alongside Roberto "Lone Ark" Sanchez who mastered several instruments including the melodica, guitar, drums and organs. Between them they all manage to cook up steamy roots jams that centre the culture with a timeless sound. It's seriously alluring and here without the vocals the whimsical melodies and rolling beats all have even more of an impact.

Elowen is a collection of tunes that we're calling nu-medieval. This means that they use some medieval instruments and sounds (but not exclusively) and some medieval musical modes and scales. However, they are not medieval music. There is no historical accuracy or even an attempt at it. These are modern tunes with roots as much in current fantasy music and RPG music as in medieval times. There is even a subtle science fiction, alternative history, element. The aim is to take you elsewhere or elsewhen, for a short time.

Vibronics teams up with an army of top female Reggae and Dub artists to collaborate on the new album Woman on a Mission 2 .. to celebrate the rise of women in the Reggae and Sound System Dub scene Vibronics invited Carroll Thompson, Sandra Cross, Marina P, Sisters in Dub, Sista Habesha, Empress Shema, Koko Vega, Vanya O and SoulSteppa into the Dub Cupboard Studio to create this epic double album of Vocals and Dubs for 2024. Les Amazones d’Afrique is a creative force that embraces international voices; sweet, strong harmonies that summon the rights of women and girls; and a meltdown of heritage and new gen talent. They were formed in Bamako, Mali, in 2014 by three renowned Malian music stars and social change activists, Mamani Keïta, Oumou Sangaré and Mariam Doumbia, and the collective has since expanded to involve many female artists from across Africa and the diaspora.

A sublime set of roots, vocal and dubbed out instrumental magic, Close Encounters Of The Third World is a real lost gem in the treasure-filled Creation Rebel back catalogue. A true cross-atlantic collaboration - initial rhythm tracks were laid down in London in 1978, with horns and vocals overdubbed at Channel One in Jamaica, before bandleader Crucial Tony returned to London with the tapes for the album to be mixed by a visiting Prince Jammy. Originally released on pre-On-U Sound label Hitrun, and the second album released by the group chronologically. Unavailable for 45 years, it has been carefully pieced back together, for this new edition featuring extended 12” discomix versions of “Beware” and “Natty Conscience Free”, re-cut by Frank Merritt at The Carvery. Includes new sleevenotes by reggae scholar David Katz that tells the story of the album in full, plus download card.

Michael Campbell started out as an engineer with the Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation and made reggae history presenting his Dread At The Controls radio program, after which he embarked on a successful career as an innovative performing artist, producer and bona fide dubmaster. This catalogue includes the majestic "Two Track Dub" (a version of the Roots & Culture riddim) and "Demo Dub" (versioning Radio One, featured on the B-side of The Clash' Hitsville UK).

These ten compositions delve into infinity, drawing inspiration from resonance and elasticity, concepts rooted in Minkowski’s four-dimensional spacetime model.
