Star Control 2 : The Ur-Quan Masters

One of the greatest PC game classics, and one of the best space games ever.
They just don't make them like they used to. Like Dune II, and Privateer, this is one classic PC game that I feel will never fade from my memory. Explore a vast galaxy, meet strange and fascinating creatures, fight for the survival of your species, win various races' allegiance to your cause, and destroy your vicious enemies before they reach earth and destroy everything you've worked for. There's never been a game like this since, that I've seen. It's a one-of-a-kind gem, and I still occaisionally dust it off and play it.
