In this class you will learn the basic rules of typography and why typography is important. A quick introduction to font types and their usage as well as the importance of text size and weight.

This project will allow you to start creating your first typography-based project, no matter is it a restaurant menu or a film poster You will know how to
communicate the information with importance in mind
create a text which is easy to read and understand

Project Guide
For Your creative project, you will need to create a typographic poster of your favorite movie. You are challenged to communicate the message using typography and must
communicate the mood of the movie (select the appropriate font)
adjust the font size to clarify the hierarchy
adjust the font weight to clarify the hierarchy
ensure text legibility throughout the poster
do not use images or illustrations (we are learning to express ourselves through typography)
do not use other graphics
Once completed, post your design in the project gallery, so you can hear feedback and see others' projects
