Portrait également de Jean-Luc Touly qui se bat contre la marchandisation de l'eau tout en étant salarié de Veolia, le numéro un mondial de la gestion de l'eau. Auteur d'un livre à charge contre son entreprise, il a été licencié puis réintégré après des années de procédure. Il tente de convaincre convaincre des communes de revenir à une gestion publique de l'eau.
