Il protagonista del film è Figaro, un barbiere di Siviglia che rischia di essere arrestato perché nonostante ci sia un divieto apre la sua bottega anche di domenica. Figaro è amico di un giovane conte che si è innamorato di Rosina, sua coetanea e figlia del governatore.

Ma il padre di Rosina non è d'accordo sulla loro unione. Un giorno Rosina, tramite la sua cameriera Colomba, riesce a far sapere al conte che una sera alloggeranno alla locanda "dei 4 tori". Allora il conte insieme a Figaro e ad un suo amico vanno alla locanda prima che arrivino Rosina e la corte.

Il loro piano è di sostituirsi all'oste, fingersi loro i proprietari della locanda e rapire Rosina. Ma purtroppo non va tutto secondo i loro piani. Infatti Pedro, pericoloso bandito, viene a sapere che Rosina e la sua corte devono alloggiare alla locanda quella notte e con i suoi uomini fa irruzione nella locanda: si vestono tutti da osti e fanno prigionieri Figaro, il conte e l'amico.

Poi finalmente arriva Rosina che rimane molto delusa quando vede che il suo amato non c'è. Figaro però ha un'idea: scrive un biglietto e lo mette nell'oca che dovrà portare a tavola, dove c'è scritto che l'uomo con il cappello bianco è Pedro.

Purtroppo in quel momento il cappello bianco ce l'ha Figaro e non Pedro, così i soldati arrestano Figaro credendo che sia Pedro e il piano fallisce. Figaro viene condannato a morte per fucilazione, ma alla fine riesce a scappare aiutato anche dal conte. Alla fine, dopo molte peripezie, il conte riece a sposare Rosina e, dopo il matrimonio, Figaro va a vivere con loro. Figaro qua, Figaro là è un film del 1950 diretto da Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia.

The protagonist of the film, set in 1700, is Figaro, the barber of Seville, which is likely to be arrested because although there is a ban opens his shop on Sundays. Figaro is a friend of a nobleman who fell in love with Rosina, her friend and daughter of the governor. But the father of Rosina does not agree to their marriage. In fact, Pedro, dangerous bandit, he learns that Rosina and his court must stay at the inn that night and his men raided the inn: they dress all by hosts and make prisoners Figaro, the Count and his friend. Recovery Volumes (.rev)
Recovery volumes or .rev files are special files which can be created by WinRAR/RAR and allow you to reconstruct missing and damaged files in a volume set. They can
only be used with multi-volume archives.
This feature may be useful for backups or, for example, when you post a multivolume archive to a newsgroup and some of the subscribers did not receive some files. Reposting recovery volumes instead of usual volumes may reduce the total number of files to repost.
Each recovery volume is able to reconstruct one missing RAR volume. For example, if you have 30 volumes and 3 recovery volumes, you are able to reconstruct any 3 missing volumes. If the number of .rev files is less than a number of missing volumes, reconstructing is impossible. The total number of usual and recovery volumes must not exceed 255 and the number of recovery volumes must be less than the number of RAR volumes.
WinRAR reconstructs missing and damaged volumes either when clicking on .rev file, or when using rc command or automatically, if it cannot locate the next volume and finds the required number of .rev files when unpacking.
You may use the "Recovery volumes" option in the Archive name and parameters dialog or a similar option also appears in the Protect archive command to create recovery volumes. In the command line mode you may do it with -rv switch or rv command.
Original copies of damaged volumes are renamed to *.bad before reconstruction. For example, volname.part03.rar will be renamed to volname.part03.rar.bad.
