The first trial in Chan-wook Park's short films - 26-minute film Judgment on 35mm, which was selected for the International Film Festival short films in Clermont-Ferrand. The film went to real events: June 29, 1995 in Seoul, suddenly collapsed six-storey department store Sampun (501 killed, 937 wounded). Director shows selfishness and materialism of the victims' families who want to take over their condition. We see here the sharp criticism of capitalism, which is found in most works director.
