This is a short documentary released by "Rassenpolitisches Amt der NSDAP" in 1936. It "demonstrates" how expensive the mentally handicapped and psychically ill are for Germany. Without much of German pedanticity the amounts are rounded to thousands of Reichsmark.
Take it as an example of Nazi's "shrewd" approach to social problems.
