Este largometraje trata de Mikel Lejarza (Eduardo Noriega), apodado "El Lobo". Narra la historia de un agente del servicio secreto español que logró infiltrarse en las filas de ETA político-militar entre 1973 y 1975, consiguiendo desestabilizar la organización etarra gracias a su intervención. Desde entonces, debió huir del País Vasco y de su entorno, viviendo oculto bajo la constante amenaza de la venganza de ETA, con una nueva identidad y una nueva fisonomía lograda con operaciones estéticas.
Inspirée de la vie de Mikel Lejarza, l'histoire d'un homme, surnommé "El Lobo" ("Le Loup") infiltré au coeur du groupe terroriste ETA au début des années 70, dont la mission aboutit à la chute d'un quart de ses membres…
Lobo is based on the life of Mikel Lejarza, an agent of the Spanish intelligence service in the 1970s. During the last stages of Franco's dictatorship between 1973 and 1975, Lejarza infiltrated ETA, a paramilitary group seeking independence for the Basque Country, and was responsible for the downfall of one quarter of the terrorist activists of the organisation - including Special Forces members and some top-level figures of the group.
