Aussie comedians Jane Turner and Gina Riley have brought their beloved TV characters "Kath & Kim" to the bigscreen. Slated to hit Australia on September 6th, the comedy takes the kooky suburban mother and daughter team on a wild holiday vacation through Italy. Although the "Kath & Kim" TV series was immensely popular outside America, there was a failed US version that starred Molly Shannon and Selma Blair. That show aired for one season before NBC cut the cord. Both TV shows centered on the dysfunctional relationship between a suburban mother and her grown-up daughter.
