Two brothers, when they are very young, lose their mother,(played by Asia Argento). Their father gives them two wild horses asking them to care of them. The relationship between the father and the children is highly contentious, because the father is rude and distant. After the death of their mother, the two young boys decide to take a trip with their horses, but, while the older one decides to reach the city, the younger one returns to his father to work with a horse trainer. When they become adults, the two brothers meet occasionally and live different adventures, but are linked by the constant presence of their horses.
