Follow Tortov as he journeys through very surreal, magical, picturesque landscapes, meeting interesting characters and circumstances on the way. Accompanied by his long-legged pig friend, Tortov takes us on an on-going adventure of peaceful contemplation. His fantastic experiences are told in the animated short film, The Diary of Tortov Roddle (known in Japanese as Aru Tabibito no Nikki) which was selected as an entry to the 2004 Annecy International Animated Film Festival. It is comprised of six two-minute long segments. Though short, The Diary of Tortov Roddle provides a glimpse of a distant, dream-like world.
