The policeman Tom Wilkins is a man of a thousand disguises and masks. He is a gang of jewel thieves on the trail, disguised as beggars, in Cologne, drives up to mischief. Is killed as a police officer disguised as a beggar in the shadow of Cologne Cathedral, pointed to the events. Randolf now almost forgotten work fascinated audiences with his former masked villains, spies and secret lodges. Gangsters infiltrate all layers of the Cologne-based company. No one is who he seems and no one can dare go unpunished. The hero of the film travels the fastest cars, surrounds himself with beautiful women and live in the most expensive hotels.
