Modular

Portfolio is a modular digital asset management (DAM) solution. Start with only what you need and add additional features and capacity when required. As your business needs expand, it’s easy to add web distribution capabilities, sharing and commenting features, increase the speed at which assets are cataloged, and make it even easier for users to access Portfolio by adding single sign-on capabilities. Do you have people outside the office that need to submit imagery, audio and video from their mobile device?

Scalable capacity

Portfolio easily holds millions of assets in one catalog (database) or if your workflow demands more capacity, create several catalogs. In this way, one Portfolio solution can be used by several different departments. You also have the flexibility to create read-only archives for legacy assets or silo assets that require restricted access.

Utilize on-site or in the cloud

You can install Portfolio locally, on-site to leverage your existing hardware, or install directly on your own cloud-based server (AWS®, Google® or Microsoft®). Portfolio and embedding metadata

Portfolio automatically creates thumbnails/previews and reads metadata for all assets you upload. Metadata can be embedded by Portfolio so that it travels with your files and is available to other metadata aware applications like:

Portfolio can be integrated with your LDAP server to reduce the need for additional user interaction after they’ve logged into their computer. This creates fewer usernames and passwords for the user to remember, IT to manage, as well as reducing help desk cost for lost password assistance.
