Instant Color Picker enables you to collect colors from anywhere on your screen and store them in a palette from where you can export them to a variety of color codes (RGB, HSL, HTML Hex, ActionScript, Delphi , VC++ and VB) or a color swatch bitmap. The eye dropper includes a zoom feature for detail selection as well as support for pixel averages and keyboard shortcuts.
