XLSTAT is the leading data analysis and statistical solution for Microsoft Excel. The XLSTAT statistical analysis add-in offers a wide variety of functions to enhance the analytical capabilities of Excel, making it the ideal tool for your everyday data analysis and statistics requirements. XLSTAT's statistical analysis software is compatible with all Excel versions from version 97 to version 2013 (except 2008 for Mac), and is compatible with the Windows 9x till Windows 8.1 systems, as well as with Mac systems

XLStat is an add-on which enhances the functionality of Microsoft Excel. It is feature-packed and can be easily installed and configured, even by less experienced users.

Once installed, XLStat creates an extra ribbon bar in Microsoft Excel, thus giving you access to some powerful features. For example, you can prepare data via data or distribution sampling, variables transformation, data management and coding.

But you can also describe data with the courtesy of histograms, quantiles estimation, normality tests, biserial correlation and resampled statistics. Data visualization is possible through univariate and function plots, label repositioning, chart mergers, 2D plots for contingency tables and error bars.

Additional features of XLStat allow you to analyze information (e.g. factor or discriminant analysis, k-means clustering) and to model it via distribution fitting, linear regression, mixed models and logistic regression, just to name a few.

Moreover, you may run correlation/association, parametric and nonparametric tests (e.g. Mantel, Cochran-Armitage, K proportions, McNemar), as well as use various tools (e.g. DataFlagger, sheet management, export to graphics) and utilities regarding CJT, Time, SIM, SPC, DOE, Life, ADA, PLS PM and Dose.

The Excel add-on runs on a low amount of CPU and system memory, so it doesn't interfere with the runtime or other currently active processes. It did not cause Microsoft Excel to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs during our tests. The bottom line is that XLStat offers a wide range of features to users of any level of experience.
