Simfatic Forms is a software tool to create forms for your website. All you have to do is design how you want your form to look, using the visual editor. You can then choose the form processing options (like input validations , emailing and saving the form submissions and auto-response.) In addition to receiving the form submissions by email, you can have the form submission data saved to a csv (comma separated values) file on the server side. You can later download this submission data file and open in spreadsheet programs or import to a data base that support csv format.
