The Adams/Machinery 2012.1.3 is motion simulation software for analyzing the complex behavior of mechanical assemblies. With it, you can test virtual prototypes and optimize designs for performance, safety, and comfort, without having to build and test numerous physical prototypes.
Adams/Machinery is a new Adams product fully incorporated in to the Adams/View environment. It contains multiple modeling productivity modules which enable users to create some common machinery components more efficiently than by using the more generic standard Adams/View model construction functionality alone. Adams/Machinery 2012 contains the following three modules: Gear, Belt and Chain. Each is accessible from the Machinery tab on the Adams/View Ribbon.
