Capture Gif 1.4.0 Mac OS X

Capture Gif 1.4.0 | MacOSX | 3.5 MB

Record your screen activity and generate animated GIF image files by using this unobtrusive and user friendly Mac OS X application.Video tutorials prove to be extremely useful whenever you need to explain how a particular function or tool works, but producing one can take a lot of time.

Capture Gif is a minimalist OS X app that streamlines the process by helping you generate eloquent animated GIF files in a matter of minutes.

Effortlessly capture any action happening on your desktop
The Capture Gif application resides in your status bar and enables you to start the recording process with just a few clicks. The best part is that Capture Gif detects all connected displays and allows you to choose which one you want to use.

At the same time, you get to input the Frames Per Second rate and if you want to trace the mouse cursor. Capture Gif can capture the entire screen, or you can crop a particular region, including the status bar area.

Preview the recorded content and export it to a GIF file for easy sharing
As soon as the recording process is over, Capture Gif launches the GIF Settings panel where you can adjust the frame delay time expressed in milliseconds, and input the loop count value.

Capture Gif allows you to preview the recorded content in a separate window, but you can also choose to export the data directly. The application automatically generates the GIF files using the GIF89a format, but you get to provide the file name and the output location.

Time-saving solution for generating animated GIF files
Creating video recordings for explaining various notions takes a lot of time and can put a serious strain on your resources. Capture Gif proposes a more efficient solution when dealing with less complex concepts.

The app can record any activity from any of your connected displays, and allows you to export the data to a GIF file. Given the reduced file size, sharing the GIFs with others is less problematic.
