Make still images come to life by selectively animating portions of a photo. All you need is a stable video and some creativity!
A wizard walks you through all the steps so you can create jaw-dropping animations fast. Adjust brightness and colors, crop the video, and use frame tools to make flawless loops.

Add your images.
Animations are built from a series of similar images called frames that give the illusion of movement when shown back-to-back. In two quick movements, you can add your frames and apply properties to all at once. Set the delay between each frame, configure image transparency, and more. Import JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and even our own WIF files.
Creating your frames is amazingly simple when you use Web Image Studio. By working with vectors (and our library of more than 1500 sweet vector graphics), you’ll have the ingredients for a sweet animation in minutes.

Draw and edit frames.
For last-minute touch-ups, original artworks, and everything in-between, use the image editor. A range of drawing tools gives you the power to draw, erase, fill, and more—right on the frames that make up your animation.
Add layers to give you more room to experiment. Want to include fancy curving text? Simply swap out a color? Draw a smily face? Perfect your frames right there in the image editor without having to take it to another program.

Preview the action.
Play your animation at any moment in the Preview pane. It’s a live version of what will be on the Internet, and it gives you the chance to see your animation in action without having to take it to the web.
Wait, you want to see it in a real browser? Just click the Preview toolbar button. Your actual animation plays inside Internet Explorer, right on your own computer. Previewing lets you see what can be improved before you go through the trouble of adding the animation to your webpage.

Adjust Colors.
Many of the effects you need to make new frames are possible with a powerful color tool. Swap or enhance colors, increase or decrease brightness, sharpen the image, all with sliders that make it an easy task.
Want your animation to blink between blue and orange? Add the same frame twice and select the second one. Now move the Hue slider until the second frame has the color you’re looking for. Now you’re officially an animator.

Convert AVI to GIF.
You can take your favorite video clips and turn them into fun, looping GIFs. Use the built-in wizard to clip, crop, and convert in just a few steps, then put them on your website or share them with friends. You can convert both AVI and WMV to GIF.
It works the other way, too! You can export any animation project as a video. Just create your animation and choose to export as AVI or WMV. Now you can put your animation on video-sharing sites or embed them in your own site with Web Video Player.

High-quality slide shows.
Create animations using PNGs instead of GIF files for a slide show with maximum quality. Just import your images and preview, then grab the code and you’re good to go. The result is an animation with unprecedented detail.
