Whats New in 11.0 (install)

- Better compression of installation files for Windows. The sizes of the downloaded components are reduced by at least 30% , and up to 50%. This reduces your download times and intermediate disk space required.
- Installing Quartus II now installs Nios II Embedded Design Suite automatically. The Nios II Embedded Design Suite contains the Nios II Software Build Tools For Eclipse and Nios II GCC4 Toolchain. This is a required component.
- The Nios II IDE / Nios II GCC3 Toolchain / Nios II C2H components are now offered as a Legacy package and optional installation component.
- DSP Builder MATLAB integration improvements on Linux: DSP Builder is now invoked using a new dsp_builder.sh wrapper script, which permits starting MATLAB with working DSP Builder integration. This REPLACES previous modifications done to ~/.matlab7rc.sh and ~./matlab/startup.m to update MATLAB to know about DSP Builder.
