Hard Rock

Great one from one of the greats. One of the few places where you can find a studio recording of Parisienne Walkways. As we all know there are literally at least a dozen live versions available on a variety of official and unofficial releases. If you are a fan of GM hard rock era, or just perhaps in search of the studio version of Parisienne Walkways, go for it.

A compilation of tracks off three Moore albums, 1980's "G-Force", 1981's "Dirty Fingers" and 1982's "Live at The Marquee". A nice cross section of his abilities, but the pop songs off the "G-Force" album don't sit comfortably with the hard rock of the "Dirty Fingers" and "Marquee" albums. That aside, the live version of Parisienne Walkways is worth the price of admission alone. Possibly the finest guitar performance in Moore's long history, or anyone else's for that matter.
