Shawn Corey Carter (born December 4, 1969), better known by his stage name Jay-Z, is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, and occasional actor. He is consistently ranked as one of the greatest rappers of all-time.
Kanye Omari West ( born June 8, 1977) is an American musician, film director and fashion designer. His style of production originally used pitched-up vocal samples from soul songs incorporated with his own drums and instruments.
In 2011 these two great musicians were gathered to write and release a joint album Watch the Throne. The album received generally positive reviews from critics and set a record for sales in the history of iTunes Store - this week it has sold 290,000 copies. In September 2011 received the status of a platinum plate. "No Church in the Wild" as one of his favorite songs from Watch the Throne, which was the third single from the album.
