"Pyx Lax" (punching and kicking) was one of the most popular greek rock bands of the 90's and early 2000. The band released its first recording in 1990, and broke up in 2004. The permanent members of the band were Manos Xydous, Philippos Pliatsikas and Babis Stokas, all three excellent musicians and songwriters. Unfortunatelly, Manos Xydous, is not with us anymore. Pyx Lax will always live in the hearts of all of us, who loved them. This album, is the soundtrack of the movie "My Lonliness, Everything" (Monaxia mou ola), first released in 1998. Enjoy beautiful alternative rock music and songs from a new release of this best selling CD, in lossless, with full scans.
Pyx Lax (Greek: Πυξ Λαξ; meaning: "punching and kicking"), was a Greek rock band. Originally formed in 1989, the band released its first recording in 1990, and broke up in 2004. The band mostly recorded in Greek, but also made some few recordings in English. The English-language songs include “Someone Wrote ‘Save Me’ On a Wall” (with Eric Burdon singing lead) and “All My Angels Falling” (with Marc Almond singing lead) on the album Joyous In the City of Fools (2003). Also “Terre D' Oru” (Fields of Gold), a collaboration with Sting and the Corsican band I Muvrini.TRACKLIST
