Album recorded in Havana (Cuba) and released in Spain in 1991 by the label Fonomusic, under the musical direction of Ramon Huerta and Andrés Alen. The album offers six medleys of Latin songs suitable for the practice of ballroom dances (rumba, bolero, guaracha, cha-cha-cha and mambo). The LP comes with a few pages in English and Spanish with graphics and explanations of basic steps of the dances in question and has enjoyed the cooperation of an expert in ballroom dancing. The repertoire of selected topics are varied and wide, especially in boleros, and has the support of the chamber choir Exaudi Cuban and the Cuban Yoruba ethnic choir. The instrumental and vocal arrangements are suitable for creating a pleasant environment for practicing the dance or simply for hearing.
