Seven Metals: Singing Bowls Of Tibet is a 1999 CD by Benjamin Iobst. It consists of him playing Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes in a way that is meant to be listened to for relaxation and meditation.
This beautiful and faithful recording of 25 Tibetan singing bowls was created by Benjamin Iobst, a sound pioneer and 20-year bodywork therapist (LPN, AMTA®, Trager® Practitioner, NCTMB). Researching the bowls' effects in over 2,000 bodywork sessions, he learned that clients relaxed faster and more deeply in the presence of their sound. This peaceful state sets the stage for a more powerful therapeutic experience. The pure sounds of Seven Metals' beautiful harmonics create cloud-like layers that subtly invite the client to let go, drift off and breathe. Seven Metals, which enhances most forms of bodywork, massage and energy work like Reiki and Polarity, is used by hundreds of therapists and thousands of clients across the country. It also deepens yoga and meditation practice and creates a calming atmosphere for reading or relaxing.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE SOUNDS ARE PROFOUNDLY RELAXING AND SHOULD NOT BE PLAYED WHILE DRIVING
