A much-needed interactive tool for creating vibrant, radiant health among all the chakras, this hour-long album includes guided affirmations on the first half and toning on the second half. Dean & Dudley Evenson are award-winning sound healing pioneers who have produced over 70 albums and videos since founding their label Soundings of the Planet in 1979.
An effective tool for energizing and balancing the chakras, which combines spoken word and pure tones drawing from the science and essence of each of the body s subtle energy centers.

First half-hour is spoken by Dudley Evenson, whose soothing voice leads the guided affirmations for each chakra concluding with a track for balancing all the chakras. Musical background for the guided meditations is from the top-selling Chakra Healing by Dean Evenson, and features trance guitarist Scott Huckabay.

Second half-hour is musical toning with the chakras and features Beth Quist, four-octave vocalist who has been a featured performer with Cirque du Soleil s KA and Bobby McFerrin s Voicestra, among others. Liner notes explain the chakra system and include background and the tones of each chakra. Alpha frequencies and the Earth Resonance Frequency of 7.83 hertz are included to enhance brainwave synchronization for deeper relaxation.
