This box is a terrific overview of György Ligeti's music. Created about 1984 by Wergo studio-reihe neuer musik, it is a worthy reminder of golden years of avant-garde LP’s era. Listening to these records, I found myself in another 'non-CD' aesthetic reality maybe due to intimate crackling and sound coloring or simply due to remembrance of things past.
