Kitaro (Hei Da Lang) (real name Masanori Takahashi) was born on February 4, 1953, in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, Japan). Kitaro has used proficient synthesizer, flute, taiko, many traditional Japanese musical instruments and mastered many other electronic musical instruments.
