Rage Hard (Compacted) is a programme by Frankie Goes To Hollywood to promote the group's first single from their Liverpool album, "Rage Hard". The title is parenthetical with the word "Compacted" because this was the first single to be released as a compact disc. The mix compiles different remixes of "Rage Hard". The CD also features two non-LP tracks, a cover of David Bowie's "Suffragette City" and The Doors' "Roadhouse Blues".
This was the first single from Frankie Goes To Hollywood's second and last album, Liverpool. "Rage Hard" appears here as a megamix of some of the mixes that were made for the song, or as the liner notes state, "twenty minutes of highlights". They consist of the following mixes:

"Suffragette City" is a David Bowie cover, and in vinyl form was released as one of the B-sides on the first 12" for "Rage Hard" (12 ZTAS 22)
"Roadhouse Blues" is a Doors cover, and in vinyl form was released as one of the B-sides on the second 12" "Rage Hard" (12 ZTAX 22)
"Don't Lose What's Left (Of Your Little Mind)" was an original piece created by The Lads (Brian, Mark & Peter), and in vinyl form was the B-side to the 7" single, and one of the B-sides on both 12" singles for "Rage Hard". It is credited on the cover and on the CD, but only a brief excerpt is on the CD itself. It appears as the intro to track #3.
