About the Recording

Jazz at the Pawnshop likely needs no introduction to any of you. Suffice it to say that it was recorded live before an audience in a club in Sweden in 1976, and it is widely regarded as one of the most natural-sounding jazz recordings of all time. It is a long-standing audiophile reference, and it contains excellent music and performances. Used industry wide as THE reference disc when setting up high end sound systems, the soundstage is superb with performances seeming to lift out from the speakers!!

A little prob: it's impossible to extract tracks.
Posted By: dimsal Date: 27 May 2009 21:35:03
First combine all files into one by using HJSplit and then try to expend.
Posted By: heliphas Date: 28 May 2009 05:23:01
Sorry I can not unzip the file and to unite,
seems that there is no Rar.000 also program
HJSPLIT fails to do so

@Heliphas: it worked for me. I used HJ Split version 2.3 for Windows. Open program, click on "join", then select the file "Arne.....zip.001" and of course all files must be in the same folder. Then click "start" and after about 1 minute, all files will be joined into one ZIP file. Then I used WinRAR to extract the flac files from the ZIP file. Hope that helps.

For MAC users, use "Split & Concat" to Concat (unify) the 9 parts.. .. then unzip them using ??? I just double clicked it (Archive Utility)

It threw an error for me, but in theory, it should work!

Ppl start using "Total Commander".... Go to: Files > Combine Files... and you done in 0.000001 sec.... No need for additional software. Total Commander won`t bite you when you see his options :)
After you do that Don`t delete total Commander USE IT like forever..... It will save tons of your time and copy paste crap from windows explorer.

btw I`ll try this one too, have 2 XRCD, 3 Sacd and now this in queue :)
