Definitely, I like the "Le Grand Rouge'. This is the second album produced by this group. As far as I'm concerned, it seems a more mature work. Definitivamente, me gustan los 'Le Grand Rouge". Este es el segundo LP producido por este conjunto
En lo que a mi concierne, me parece un trabajo más maduro. Hay mayor variedad en el uso de las voces y coros y las canciones son de mayor tiempo de duración y elaboración. Con Ock, hemos intercambiado opiniones de por qué no lograron trascender más allá de 2 LP.
Yo, tengo una teoría: el conjunto se puede pensar en forma errada que tiene mucha semejanza con "Malicorne" o a los principios de Alan Stivell. Para mí es sólo una semejanza, nada más. Se suscita el gran problema que le aquejan a muchos paises de raices fuertes: sus artistas se parecen entre sí, es fácil confundirse. Todos estos conjuntos de raíz folk-celta cantan "igual". Un problema, si se mira del punto de vista de difusión, "¡Ah! Le Grand Rouge, unos que se parecen a Malicorne." Y… no es tan así, en la parte estructural tienen un límite bien definido, por lo mismo, a mi me gustan mucho más que los "Malicorne". Desgraciadamente son muy posteriores a Stivell y 'Malicorne' y las odiosas comparaciones deben haber jugado en contra de su difusión y popularidad. Siendo tan buenos.
