2 Beautiful Windows XP Logon Screens | 2.9MB
They are in a .exe format. You can use Tune Up Utlities to install them as well. They look terrific in my opinion. One link. Enjoy! Only 3mb! They are the logon screens of the vista inspirat and crystal xp bricopacks. These logon screens are for people who do not like transporformation packs like myself.
Another way to install it is:
Copy logonwhatever.exe to the system32 folder.
Now open start menu -> Run… -> type in regedit and press enter.
Now browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE –> SOFTWARE –> Microsoft –> Windows NT –> CurrentVersion –> Winlogon
Click on Winlogon and on the right column you should see a value called UIHost. Change the value (double click it) to logonwhatever.exe and press OK. Reboot and you should have the logon without VI. To change it back just simply change the value back to logonui.exe (the original logon screen).
Changing it through tune up utlities is much easier and perfer using that way.
