Mirror Mirror is an upcoming comedy fantasy film based on "Snow White" by the Brothers Grimm. It is directed by Tarsem Singh and stars Lily Collins, Julia Roberts, Armie Hammer, and Sean Bean.[1] The film, which had previously been known as Untitled Snow White Project, was officially titled Mirror Mirror on November 4, 2011. The film will be released in US theaters on March 16, 2012. It is unrelated to the Gregory Maguire novel of the same name.

Plot
A wicked enchantress (Roberts) schemes and scrambles for control of a spirited orphan's (Collins) throne and the attention of a charming prince (Hammer). When Snow White's beauty wins the heart of the prince that she desperately pursues, the Queen banishes her to the forest, where a ravening man-eating beast hungrily awaits. Rescued by a band of diminutive highway robbers, Snow White grows into an indomitable young woman determined to take back her realm from the treacherous Queen.

Cast:
Julia Roberts as Queen Clementianna – Roberts was the first to be cast, because very early on Tarsem Singh wanted an Evil Queen with whom audiences could relate. He stated that in the film, the queen is not evil, but rather insecure. He also revealed that the Queen's true ugliness may be revealed at the very end of the film.
Lily Collins as Snow White – Originally Saoirse Ronan was considered for the role of Snow White but the age difference between her and Armie Hammer was too large (he was 24 and she was 17). Collins was eventually cast in the role. Collins said in an interview that her casting happened in 24 hours after she met Tarsem Singh and read for him
Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott – Hammer was cast as the prince who is at first drawn towards the Queen and then towards Snow White. He beat out James McAvoy and Alex Pettyfer for the role.

Sean Bean as The King
Mare Winningham as Baker Margaret

Robert Emms as Renbock
