Rothwell (University Park, PA) is Professor in Charge of Workforce Education and Development in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems on the main campus of The Pennsylvania State University. He is also president of Rothwell & Associates, Inc., a full-service private consulting firm that specializes in all facets of human performance improvement.
