This small (54 pages) book was written by GM Feng, and translated by his student from Canada, Master Chen Zhonghua. An introduction describes the various components of the Hunyuan Taijiquan system. The next part of the book goes into each section of the form, including the movements, mind-intent while performing them, key points and hints, and the function of each movement. A beginner wouldn't need to know all of this to get started, but it would allow one to deepen their practice by layering it in over time. The movements are illustrated with color photos. The last part of the book consists of a very interesting biography of Grandmaster Feng, who just died a few years ago. Charts illustrating the acupuncture points mentioned in the text are included.
