On a quick review, this seems to be a useful work for English speakers. It has some good definitions and seems to include a wide variety of headwords with plenty of sample sentences translated into Mongolian, English and Chinese. The Mongolian sample sentences appear to be translations of the English (instead of original Mongolian sentences translated into English).
I get the impression that many of the entries are taken from other, smaller publications, including a much disputed translation of a copyrighted English work.
If you're learning the Mongolian script and don't speak Chinese, there aren't many resources so this a great addition to the site.
