This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of two workshops held during the 19th International Conference on Conceptual Modeling, ER 2000, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA in October 2000.
The 15 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 36 submissions.
