This is the first of many Professor's Projects courses. These are small courses showing actual projects I've done over the years, and showing you the step-by-step process.

Project 1: Create a Card Game from Scratch!

Design the cards, rulebook and box cover, and upload them online to sell to others!

You can use any image editing program you'd like, as long as you can export to PNG files. I will start by showing you a completed deck, then we will go into Adobe Photoshop and make the entire deck, the rulebook, and the box from scratch. I will also show you how to make the same rulebook in InDesign.

When all the parts are finished, we will upload it to a game manufacturer and get it ready to sell.

What are the requirements?

Any version of Adobe Photoshop, or other imaging program
A way to save PNG files from their editing software
A Game Crafter or other game creation website account
Adobe InDesign, if creating their rules booklet in InDesign
Student should have a familiarity with Photoshop before starting this class
