Writing Online? But don't know where to start? Then this course is for you! If you are new to writing online and aren't sure where to begin, or if you're already writing online but wonder how to make a bigger splash - this course is for you. This course helps you create a toolkit for writing for the web and then guides you through creating a winning user experience, maximizing search engine optimization, and managing content. Once you learn how to avoid common mistakes, you will establish your credibility and effectiveness online.

What you'll learn

The tools to create quality content that is consistent and credible.
With insight into how online readers will experience your writing
I give you strategies for promoting and managing your work effectively.

Who should do this

My course is for bloggers and writers who are either new to writing for the online media, or want to improve their writing and make an impact online. This course doesn't cover some fundamental lessons in how to write, although I do cover the basics of common mistakes seen online. I compare online writing to writing for school or in business, but I expect students to have basic literacy skills in place.

I assume that you have access to some online forum for your writing, although the skills you learn here will help you whether you are composing a twitter haiku or writing an epic technical document.
