Charisma on Command: Inspire, Impress, and Energize Everyone You Meet

I've read a fair number of books on charisma. The others all have huge issues, with some being too basic, touting common knowledge as something profound, or too esoteric, with weird energy exercises and eastern philosophy clouding what really makes charisma. Charlie has hit the charisma nail on the head, with a real understanding of what makes it all work. He gives concrete examples of every principle, and then several exercises for how to develop each. The exercises are fantastic, with some boasting pedigrees from greats like Tony Robbins.

At the end of it all, as the icing on the cake, Charlie gives a 30 day action plan to implement each principle. This is above and beyond the vast majority of self help books. The action plan is powerful and easily followed.

I've been an introvert for an awfully long time, (still am) but I've been practicing Charlie's stuff over this summer, and I truly am more charismatic. My conversations are improving, I'm making more friends and just enjoying life more. That said, this is not a magic bullet. You have to actually do the exercises to reap the results, and it takes time. Building charisma is just like building any other muscle. It takes time to reach your full potential.
